Restrictions & Disclaimers
Cancellations
All rental sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal plans, weather preferences, or travel disruptions.

No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you fail to arrive at your scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, the full amount of your reservation will be forfeited.
✦ Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling or missed pick-up times may incur a 30% penalty fee. Any rescheduling request made after your scheduled pick-up time has passed will be treated as a no-show.
