TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CBC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER, LICENSE, DISCLOSE, OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY LAWFUL PURPOSE, INCLUDING COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL NOTICE OR CONSENT.
