Additional charter time — $700 per hour
Seven hours is the standard experience, but your day doesn't necessarily have to end there. Subject to vessel and crew availability, additional hours may be added. Particularly valuable for Culebra and Vieques charters, where extra time creates a more relaxed experience.

Swim, Lounge & Explore
Continue enjoying the water, yacht and surrounding island scenery. When conditions and timing permit, the captain may recommend another suitable anchorage or experience.

- • The captain retains final authority over navigation and may modify the route, destination, anchorage, departure, return, or itinerary when reasonably necessary because of weather, sea state, wind, marine traffic, mechanical or operational considerations, passenger safety, government restrictions, or other circumstances affecting safe vessel operation.
- • Travel times are estimates and can vary significantly according to marine conditions.
- • Water toys and onboard amenities are subject to availability and operational condition on the date of the charter.
- • Alcohol is intended only for guests legally permitted to consume it. The captain and crew reserve the right to restrict alcohol consumption when behavior creates a safety concern.
- • Guests must comply with all captain and crew safety instructions.
Weather & Safety
- • Puerto Rico's marine environment can change quickly.
- • Charters operate weather and sea-condition permitting. Cloud cover or rain alone does not necessarily constitute unsafe operating conditions or automatically require cancellation.
- • The captain/operator determines whether conditions permit safe operation.
- • If conditions make the originally requested destination unsuitable, an alternative destination or itinerary may be recommended when appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
- • 30 days or more before the charter: Full refund.
- • 10–29 days before the charter: 50% refund.
- • Less than 10 days before the charter: No refund.
- • Exceptions may apply when the operator determines that the charter cannot safely operate due to qualifying weather, mechanical, governmental, or other force-majeure circumstances.
